Mainline Valves

Mainline valves are an essential part of a pipeline to allow local and/or remote closure of sections of a pipeline during the unusual situation of a pipeline failure due to external interference or the unlikely event of catastrophic failure.

Instech Group will provide design of these mainline valves to comply with AS2885 and ensure all the features are provided to allow maintenance and operation of this valve for the life of the pipeline.

For remote operation requirements, these Mainline Valves are provided with full SCADA access to allow the status of the valve and the pressure and temperature of the gas to be remotely monitored.
